About R&SS Remodeling & Construction

R&SS Remodeling & Construction is Rafael Sarmiento's remodeling company, based in Tampa and working about 50 miles around it. The idea is simple and it is his own — do the whole remodel with one insured crew, so the client never has to manage five contractors for one house.

The walk-in showers in marble-look tile, the outdoor kitchen under the slat-wood ceiling by the pool, the built-in bunk-bed room, the houses repainted and refloored end to end — every photo on this site is a job we actually did. No stock photos, no borrowed work. What you see here is the standard your project gets.

Insured — $2 million in liability coverage

Work in your home should never put your home at risk. R&SS carries $2 million in liability insurance, so the biggest project on the list comes with real protection behind it — and you are welcome to ask about it at the estimate.

One crew, the whole job

Kitchen, bath, floors, paint, framing, drywall, the lanai — in most remodels those are five phone numbers. Here they are one. The same hands that frame the wall hang the drywall, set the tile and paint the finish, in the right order, on one schedule, with years of experience behind every step.
