Showers in large-format marble-look tile, vanities, tubs and full bath refreshes — Riverview, Hillsborough County.
Ask almost anyone in Panther Trace or Rivercrest what they'd change first and a lot of them point at the shower — a one-piece plastic tub-shower insert that came standard in nearly every builder-grade bathroom put up in the 2000s and 2010s. It works, but it's the cheapest option the builder could spec, and it looks it next to everything else in an otherwise nice house.
We pull those inserts out and build real walk-in showers in large-format marble-look tile, along with new vanities and tubs where you want them. It's the upgrade that changes a bathroom the most for the money, and we do primary suites and secondary bathrooms alike — whichever one, or both, actually needs it.
Riverview's builder-grade primary suites are usually roomy enough to take a real walk-in shower without cramming it into the footprint — the space was already there, it just wasn't finished with anything but plastic. That makes the upgrade more dramatic here than in an older, tighter house, for comparable work.
